Chinese Girl Offers to Sell Her Virginity for an iPhone 4

Young adults in China are taking serious measures to buy expensive apple products, according to reports.
Biznewschina reported that a female jiulinghou, referring to those born during the 90’s, tweeted on Weibo (Chinese version of Twitter) that it is her “dream to own a iPhone4 but her father won’t let her get one.” She then decided to sleep with someone in exchange for the mobile device.
The Guangdong teen has posted a picture of herself along with other basic personal information saying she is willing to “sell” her virginity to anyone that buys her a iPhone 4.”
Her post has received negative feedback, pointing out that a phone is not worth what she giving in exchange. Others think that someone is using her account and pulling a malicious prank on the girl.
Last April, a 17 year old boy from Anhui bought himself an iPad and cellphone by selling a kidney for 22,000 yuan ($3,400).
Sociologists blame such events on the rising importance of materialism amongst the young generation and their belief that there are no limits to how they satisfy their desires.

Chinese Teen Sells His Kidney For an iPad 2 (video)

Not enough money to get an iPad 2? You can sell your kidney for it, only if you are silly enough to do that. Here’s the story. A 17-year-old kid, named Zheng from China, wanted an original iPad 2 desperately, but he is poor. “Fortunately”, he met an organ buyer organization online and received a message from the organization telling him that if he were to sell his kidney, he could get 20,000 yuan (about $3,000) plus some bonus. So he traded his kidney for an iPad 2, and got an iPhone at the same time. He was happy, but now regrets it. News report after the break.

Zheng did not tell his parents that he is selling his kidney. He traveled to Chenzhou and he was guided by three middlemen to do a body checkup in a local hospital. Then, Zheng went ahead with the surgery and got out of the hospital three days after his surgery. Zheng received 22,000 yuan and went back home right away. However, Zheng was unable to keep surgery from his mother who notified police. They tried to get in contact with the perps but to no one’s surprise, has been unable to reach these evil guys. Later, reporters found the hospital where Zheng had the surgery, and interestingly, the hospital was not qualified to perform organ transplant. The hospital claimed they had no idea about Zheng’s surgery and the department that did the surgery had been contracted to a Fujian businessman. What’s more, they do not have professional facilities to perform a surgery like that.
So, Zheng failed to get his kidney back, and he will stay alive with his iPad 2 and iPhone.

Nokia's N9 official: a luscious slab of MeeGo coming later this year

Stephen Elop said that Nokia would
unveil
its first MeeGo device this year, and he just made good on his word with the N9 (also known as
Lankku). Just as we
spotted
earlier, the N9 is a solid slab of 3.9-inch AMOLED screen (854 x 480) sans a keyboard or physical switches of any kind (well, aside from that oh-so-necessary volume rocker and camera button). The phone comes with 16GB or 64GB of onboard memory and 1GB of RAM wrapped in a polycarbonate shell that's colored all the way through, so dings and scratches won't show -- unless the wounds run deep, of course. Connectivity comes courtesy of quad-band GSM and penta-band WCDMA radios, plus Bluetooth 2.1, NFC, and GPS. There is also a dedicated camera button for the 8 megapixel wide-angle shooter, which is capable of aperture F2.2 for low light picture taking and true 16:9 720p video recording. Oh, and it's an AF shooter, not EDoF.

The entire thing measures 116.45- x 61.2- x 7.6-12.1mm and weighs 135 grams, with a battery capable of lasting up to 50 hours (music), 4.5 hours (720p video), or between seven and 11 hours (GSM yappin'). You'll also get gratis turn-by-turn drive and walk navigation with voice guidance in Maps, a dedicated Drive app, proximity sensor and a choice of hue: black, cyan, and magenta. Other hardware specs include 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, an ambient light sensor, compass, orientation sensor, a micro SIM slot, tethering support and a 3.5mm "AV connector." It'll be humming along on MeeGo 1.2 Harmattan, with apps being compliant with Qt 4.7 and HTML5 support bundled in.

As for software? Aside from
Angry Birds Magic, Galaxy on Fire 2, Real Golf 2011 and OpenGL ES 2.0, those who take the plunge will be greeted with a Webkit2-based browser, pinch-to-zoom support, unified notifications for Facebook, Twitter and RSS feeds in the Events view as well as social networking profiles and status updates merged into phone contacts. MeeGo touts a user interface simplified to three home views -- events, applications and open apps -- with a swipe gesture able to take you back to the home view. For those looking to expand upon what's loaded from the factory, Ovi Store access is included, but we've no idea what kind of pricing will be affixed. We'll be getting a fair bit of hands-on time with this guy in just a few hours, so keep it locked here for our first impression

iPhone 5 With iOS 5 Will Arrive on September 7th Together?!

When can you expect iOS 5 to drop on your iPhone? September’s a given, but the latest rumor gives an exact date that all the ripples of the iCloud will come to your device… along with the iPhone 5.

The International Business Times says that the iPhone 5 will drop on September 7th, and coming along for the ride with it will be iOS 5.

While we wouldn’t count the day out, it’s a sketchy rumor: any weekday in September seems just as likely to us as the 7th. More to the point, some of the logic the article uses to support its supposition is sketchy at best, and we’re particularly puzzled by this breathlessly passive-aggressive paragraph:
iPhone adherents will seethe with anger if their phone doesn’t tally up to the competitions’ range of Android OS-based phones as early as possible. Apple must have found it difficult to contend with the allegation that most of the rumored iPhone 5 features are already on Android OS-based devices.
Anyone out there really think Apple’s finding it “difficult to contend” with Android’s feature set? Anyone out there “seething in anger” over the inferiority over Apple’s mobile products? Didn’t think so.

Play iPhone Like Wii: Air Guitar Move for iPhone

Have you ever secretly played air guitar to your favorite song? With the Air Guitar Move you finally can play air guitar for real. All you need is an iPhone or iPod Touch and you will instantly feel like a rock star (hangovers not included). The unique Air Guitar Move motion sensing guitar pick allows you to strum in the air, and your iPhone becomes a guitar. Imagine how much fun it is to really move instead of just tapping and shaking.
The team behind Air Guitar Move previously created the award winning V-Beat AirDrums and V-Beat AirGuitar, Amazon UK's best selling music toys and Thumbies, the first iPhone game controller available at Best Buy.
Support this project and make the world a slightly more fun place. Donated money will be used to fund production and will give you a chance to be the first to own the Air Guitar Move this fall. If that won't impress your friends, we don't know what else will.

Nintendo Wii proved that moving is more fun than pressing buttons, Air Guitar Move proves that moving is more fun than tapping and shaking your iPhone. Here's how it works: Hold the iPhone in one hand like a guitar neck, strum the Ultimate Guitar Pick in the air with your other hand and, yes, you're now playing air guitar.

Music is in the air.
In our case, literally.

Air Guitar Move for iPhone is a rhythm action game (think Guitar Hero) with new game play features specially designed for mobile and allows you to rock to your favorite music. That is not all. Air Guitar Move also includes an easy to use free play app that will boost your creativity. Both apps are controlled by the motion sensing guitar pick that easily connects to your 30-pin dock connector on your iPhone and iPod Touch..
Air Guitar Move will come in two versions: in black and in a limited edition iron man red. The black guitar pick is manufactured in high quality plastic. The limited edition is a red anodized aluminum guitar pick with a laser etched serial number. Serial number 1 is reserved for the highest bidder on our Kickstarter project. So if you want to own serial number 1, bid high.
Manufactured by the best manufacturers.
In HiFi quality.
We're working with the best people in the industry. The Air Guitar Move will be manufactured in the same factory where Guitar Hero was built. The former Guitar Hero engineering team is overseeing production.

Colin and Ronald, the team behind this project, love music games and gadgets.  In another lifetime (or 4 years ago) Colin created 'The Mercenary' a robotic paintball sentry gun, that processed live video from an onboard camera and automatically shot at paintball players it could see.  Later on, after inventing Thumbies, he made the decision to leave school in Minnesota and join the real world in San Francisco.  Thumbies went on to become the first iPhone game controller to be sold in Best Buy.  Colin met Ronald through a mutual friend and the two have been kicking ass since January.
we will let guys know when the Air Guitar Move for iPhone is available, If you want to help them on this  cool project here is the link you need.

This T-Shirt Can Charge Your iPhone

This is the most cool thing I've ever seen on iPhone, Orange has developed a t-shirt that can charge your iPhone by absorbing sound and converting it into useable energy. Sounds crazy, and let's have a look the Sound Charge T-Shirts theory:
The Sound Charge uses an existing technology in a revolutionary way; by reversing the use of a product called Piezoelectric film within a specially designed t-shirt, allowing people to charge their mobile phones whilst enjoying their favourite act at Glastonbury.
